What started it all....


I want to be a writer. I read almost everything and then enjoy writing about what I have read. Sometimes I write about family events, thoughts that I think, or book ideas that I would like to finish. My Mom and Pop told me when I get older, I can try an internship to learn more about writing. One day, maybe I will even make my own book.


My Pop was so excited when I told him I wanted to write, that he suggested I start a blog. Here I can write about anything and other people can see my thoughts. Maybe this will help me become a better writer.

The Salamander Spell

The Salamander Spell is a great fiction book. It is a prequel to the book series Tales of the Frog Princess. I enjoyed this book a lot and recommend it to readers who love anything that has to do with mermaids, princesses, princes, spells, wizards, magic, and anything fantasy. Princess Grassina is the aunt of Princess Emma, the frog princess. In this book, Grassina is a teen and enjoys her own fantasy story. Grassina's mother is the Green Witch, the protecter of Greater Greensward. Grassina ends up becoming the Green Witch by the end of this book, instead of her older sister (who is supposed to have magic powers, as is tradition). I enjoyed this book a lot. Till next time...
