What started it all....

I want to be a writer. I read almost everything and then enjoy writing about what I have read. Sometimes I write about family events, thoughts that I think, or book ideas that I would like to finish. My Mom and Pop told me when I get older, I can try an internship to learn more about writing. One day, maybe I will even make my own book.

My Pop was so excited when I told him I wanted to write, that he suggested I start a blog. Here I can write about anything and other people can see my thoughts. Maybe this will help me become a better writer.

A Series of Unfortunate Events

I really enjoyed the books (not in the bouncy and happy kind of enjoyed though) and now I watched the movie! I think it was well made, though my sisters dislike the fact that someone narrated parts of it. Jim Carrey did a very good Count Olaf. I think he was funnier, compared to the books. He was always making nasty comments in the books, but in the movie he appears to be more comical, pleasing younger audiences. I wish that the people who made the movie would make a second. Anyway, till tomorrow then!

Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Movie

I watched the movie last Saturday! I loved it! It was awesome! I have to admit, there were some things about the movie that were different. Number one: Annabeth doesn't have brown hair and brown eyes, she has blond hair and gray eyes in the book. Second: Camp Half-Blood didn't look like I expected it to.  I enjoyed this movie, but one thing I'll never forget: the end part, during the credits. Gabe Ugliano (Percy's stepdad) reads a note on the fridge that says, "DANGER! DO NOT OPEN!" But what can you expect? Gabe opens the fridge and sees the head of Medusa! So... I liked the movie, but you should definitely read the book first. Till tomorrow....
