What started it all....


I want to be a writer. I read almost everything and then enjoy writing about what I have read. Sometimes I write about family events, thoughts that I think, or book ideas that I would like to finish. My Mom and Pop told me when I get older, I can try an internship to learn more about writing. One day, maybe I will even make my own book.


My Pop was so excited when I told him I wanted to write, that he suggested I start a blog. Here I can write about anything and other people can see my thoughts. Maybe this will help me become a better writer.

Little Town on the Prairie


This is a "Little House" book. These books were written by Laura Ingalls Wilder. Laura is fifteen in this book. There are two more books in the series that I must read before I am done. The next book is called These Golden Years. I hope to read that book soon. Laura is a very intelligent girl. I wish I knew what it would have been like being Laura. I know Laura's thoughts and her feelings, but I do not know what it would actually be like being her. In this book, I finally read that Laura meets Almanzo Wilder. She marries him in the next book, I believe. I think this book is a very good book.
